| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国的经济、政治、文化全面发展，社会实践活动的增加，使得档案数量急剧增长，各项事业对档案利用的需求不断高涨，档案信息管理工作的改革也日益显得重要。文章就档案信息管理工作中理论和实践较薄弱的档案鉴定工作进行了比较全面的分析，指出目前鉴定工作急需解决的问题，并就今后进一步加强和改革档案鉴定工作，优化企业科技档案信息资源提出了可行性措施。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening-up, the all-round development of China＇s economy, politics, culture and development, and the increase in social practices makes the files number increaes rapidly and the requirements of archive utilization from various career also arising. The reform of archive information management is increasingly important. The article comprehensively analyzes the relatively weak theory and practice of archive appraisement in archive and information management, points out the urgent problems in present appraisement, and gives feasible measures on strengthening and reforming the archive appraisement and optimizing information resources of enterprises＇ Sci-Tech archives. |
