分子筛和离子交换树脂催化合成无毒增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯

摘    要:报导了用分子筛和离子交换树脂催化合成无毒增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯的初探结果,用分子和筛和离子交换树脂催化剂时,柠檬酸三丁酯的收率分别为86.2%和82.6%,进一步优化工艺条件的工作正在进行中,用分子筛和离子交换树脂作催化剂合成柠檬酸三丁酯还未见有文献报导。

Abstract:In this paper the nontoxic plasticizer tributyl citrate has been prepared by the catalysis of the molecular sieve and the ion exchange resin.When the molecular sieve and the ion exchange resin are used as catalysts,the yielding rate of tributyl citrate is respectively 86.2% and 82.6%.The more efficient process is still under exploration,to which there has been no relevant report so far.
