| 摘 要： | 全球汉语热的升温使海内外汉语教师严重缺乏。针对如何适应时代的要求以及海外汉语学习者的需求,对不同国家或地区的汉语教学做到＂量体裁衣＂,使中国语言文化在海外得以更好地推广等问题,提出了汉语国际教育信息化建设的途径和内容：制定相关政策法规、设立管理中心、加大投入、宏观调控以及分步实施等是建设的途径;网络教育、多媒体教学和教育管理信息化是建设的基本内容。最后强调了建设中不仅要考虑硬环境,更要考虑软环境,应将信息技术整合到汉语课程及汉语教学的各个环节中。
