摘    要:房地产业已经发展成为一种生活方式,同时满足了广大消费者在居住空间和精神追求两方面的需要。文化对房地产营销产生了很大的市场影响力,文化营销成为房地产企业普遍使用的一种营销方式。本文以邢台房地产市场为例,阐述当地房地产文化营销的现状,并对这一区域房地产文化营销的发展趋势进行分析。

Abstract:Real estate has become a way of life, while meeting the needs of consumers in the living space and spiritual pursuit in two aspects. Culture of real estate marketing had a great influence on the market, cultural marketing has become a marketing methods commonly used in real estate enterprises. This paper, taking Xingtai real estate market as an example, describes the status of the local real estate cultural marketing, and analyzes the trends of real estate and cultural marketing in this area.
