| 摘 要： | 现代学徒制在中国的发展还处于探索阶段,而在德、美等国家内的开展已经比较成熟。认真研究和借鉴他们的经验,探索适合中国国情的现代学徒制体系是高职院校的责任和任务。广东女子职业技术学院与广州海印集团公司全方位合作教育的"海印酒管班"的培养模式,是对我国现代学徒制培养模式的一种积极的探索与实践。

| Abstract: | The development of the modem apprenticeship in China is still in the exploratory stage, while in Germany, the United States and other countries it is mature. Exploring the Chinese national condition of modem apprenticeship system from the other countries＇ experience is the responsibility and task of Higher Vocational colleges. ＂Haiyin Hotel Management Class＂ training mode, which is a full range of cooperative education of Guangdong Female Polytechnic College and Guangzhou Haiyin Group, is one kind of active exploration and practice of modem apprenticeship training pattern. |
