| 摘 要： | 太平天国法律思想既有中国传统法律思想的内容,亦有西方近代法律思想的元素,是中国传统法律文化与西方法律文化交融的产物。太平天国法律思想开创了中国近代史上以传统法律文化融合西方法律文化的先河,是中国法律现代化的一个重要环节,具有承前启后、继往开来的作用,对中国法律现代化产生了深远的影响。

| Abstract: | The legal thoughts of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom have modern legal ideology elements of the West,as well as the contents of Chinese traditional legal thoughts,are the integration product of Chinese traditional legal culture and western legal culture,initiate the precedent integrating western legal culture by Chinese traditional legal culture in the modern history of China,is an important link of legal modernization in China,has the role of connection between the preceding and the following,and exert far-reaching influence on the legal modernization in China. |
