| 摘 要： | “学校教育要树立健康第一的指导思想“,这就要求学校体育必须深化教学改革,全面实施素质教育.素质教育的主阵地是课堂教学,而课堂教学的关键是课堂设计,因此,掌握课堂设计中的目标、内容、主体及教法等问题,使学生身心智能全面协调发展,增强体育意识和能力,为体育事业奠定基础.

| Abstract: | We should set"Health-First"as the directive method in the collage education.So it's own duty to deepen the PE reform and impel the all-round execution of qualities education ultimately.The key position of qualities education is class teaching,while the key of class teaching is class design,so the main content are about the aim,subject and methods about the class design,By the exploring about these contents,we aim at the student's physique and harmonious development.At the same time,we hope they will intensify their consciousness and competency about PE and make a solid base for your lifelong PE. |
