| 摘 要： | 采用心理学量表(精神卫生自评量表SCL-90)，对杭州地区的三所职业高中学生的心理健康状况进行了多项指标的测试。结果表明，目前职高生存在着不同程度的心理健康问题。为此，提出了改善职高生心理健康的体育教育对策。

| Abstract: | By an investigation of psychology, We used the SCL-90 to survey the mental health of the vocational senior middle school students from the three vocational senior middle school in hangzhou region .And the result showed that the vocational senior middle school students had some mental problems to some extent. So we tried to raise the countermeasure in school PE to improve their mentality. |
