| 摘 要： | 建设世界一流大学,与我国高教长期坚持的重点建设原则一脉相承.受高等教育系统自身的特殊性和我国现实的社会环境的影响,我国在建设世界一流大学的政策制定与政策实施上面临诸多的矛盾冲突.这些矛盾在本质上体现了国家政治权利对大学学术权利的越位和对高等教育自主与学术自治的制约.世界一流大学是内在本质特征与外在社会影响相结合的产物,我国建设世界一流大学任重而道远.

| Abstract: | Our country has been undertaking to establish the first class university since the new china was founded in 1949 and have acquired great success. However, being restricted with the higher education system itself and our current social circumstance, the way to set up the first class university is full of many conflicts and contradictions on the aspect of policy constitute and practice, which focus on politics rights taking over the academic rights. The first class university is formed with the influence of university and society simultaneously. There is a long way to construct the first class university in our country. |
