| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、归纳法对传统武术历史进程中的运动形式及特点进行总结,探索传统武术价值功能变化发展的基本规律,以期为传统武术的可持续健康发展提供参考依据。研究结果表明：随着社会历史进程,传统武术遵循从自然价值、社会价值到人文价值区域的发展规律,并且各价值区域在历史阶段中不同程度地得到体现。具体表现为：古代武术的技击攻防价值处于主导地位,观赏娱乐价值与其并存发展；近代武术体育化进程中,武术的社会价值得到突出体现,健身价值得到重视和发展；现代传统武术价值呈多元化特点,健身、娱乐价值成为主导,教育人文价值突出。

| Abstract: | Using the method of literature and induction, the paper studies the motion forms and the characteristics of traditional Wushu in the history, discusses the basic rules of changes in the value function of the traditional Wushu development, so as to provide reference for the sustainable and healthy development of traditional Wushu. The results show that： with the process of social history, traditional Wushu values changed from the natural development value and social value to humanistic value, and the value region was reflected in the historical stages with different degrees. Specific performance： the ancient Wushu of attack and defense value wass in the leading position, entertainment value coexisted with of modern Wushu development; in the process of Wushu sports, social value was embodied, the fitness value got attention and development of traditional Wushu; modern value is pluralistic, fitness and entertainment values become dominant, education value is outstanding. |
