体验教育的价值定向与辅导策略

摘    要:体验教育是学校德育的重要形式之一。体验性学习是少年儿童必不可少的一种情感化学习方式。开展体验教育,应遵循“尊重少年儿童在体验学习过程中的主体性、过程性和多样性”等原则。体验教育十分适宜在学校班、队组织中进行。帮助少年儿童实现积极的成功体验,是学校开展体验教育、辅导儿童体验学习的核心价值定向。积极的成功体验具有自信、自发、自主、愉快、道德、善意、发展、创造等基本特征。辅导开展学校体验教育的关键性策略是:重“过程性评价”、重“分层别类”与重“第一资源(即教师资源)”。

Abstract:Learning Through Experience is one of the most important methods of cultivating ethics in school. Experience - based learning is an extremely important part in the emotional development of children, and it should follow “theme - based, process - based and variety - based learning” principles. Learning Through Experience is well suited to class - and team - organized situations. Enabling children to achieve positive and successful experiences is a core component in the development of the value and guidance strategies of Learning Through Experience. Positive and sueeessfid experiences foster the charaeteristies of self -eonildenee, self-motivation, initiative, happiness, morality, goodwill, progress and creativity. The main strategies behind the launch of Learning Through Experience stress “process - based assessment”, “classification” and “primary resources ( i. e. teachers)”.
