| 摘 要： | 随着我国市场经济的发展和改革开放的深化,企业融资渠道呈现多元化,对资本结构影响因素的研究显得更具必要性。我国对资本结构影响因素研究开始较晚,文章主要依据于已有理论研究结果,在基于我国公司资本结构的特殊社会环境和经济环境综合分析的情况下,选用宏观经济因素、行业因素、公司治理结构方面和公司特征因素等方面对研究结果进行分析,表明在我国资本结构呈现出流动负债比例相对较高,公司在融资中更倾向于股权融资等特点。

| Abstract: | This paper emphatically summarizes the empirical research of the determinants of capital structure within China,and reviews them from the aspects of macroeconomics factors,industry factors,firm characteristics factors,and the corporate government factors etc to analyze the determinants of capital structure and make the summary.By mastering the research dynamically,it could provide proof for the research on the problem of capital structure of Chinese companies. |
