| 摘 要： | 通过分析当前普通高校体育教学观念变革的内涵和重要性,结合目前普通高校体育教学改革现状,对高校公共体育课实行“选项课”教学的改革进行分析,指出实施“选项课”教学过程中存在的问题以及今后努力的方向。
