| Abstract: | The resource-based theory is adapted to study the international process of small and medium-sized enterprises, but the dynamic process has not received enough attention. This paper establishes the dynamic .model based on resourcebased theory, and applied it to domestic high-tech small and medium-sized enterprises. |
