| 摘 要： | 精益管理是一种先进的管理理念,我国许多企业已经开始引入并推行精益管理,但是我国企业的精益管理水平仍然较低,这很大程度上是由于缺乏一个较为完备的精益管理系统和精益管理水平评价体系。通过文献查阅和与专家进行讨论,对精益管理系统进行自组织判定,并依此构建企业精益管理的扩展沙堆模型,然后通过三层BP神经网络构建企业精益管理实施水平的评价模型用以评价企业的精益管理水平并取得了良好的效果。这对于企业了解自身精益管理实施水平并进行改善具有一定的指导意义。

Analysis of the Enterprise Lean Management Implementation Level Based on Extended Sand Pile Model |

| Abstract: | Lean management is a kind of advanced management concept. Although many enterprises have begun to introduce and promote lean management in China, the lean management level of our enterprises is still low. This is largely due to the lack of a more complete evaluation system of the lean management system and management level. Through literature review and discussion with experts, this paper has determined the lean management system self-organizationally, and in accordance with this we have built enterprise expansion of the lean management sand pile model, and then through the three layers BP neural network, we have built the enterprise implementing lean management level evaluation model which is used to evaluate enterprise"s lean management level. All these have certain guiding significance for enterprises to understand the lean management implementation level themselves. |
