| 摘 要： | 竞技健美操青少年测试赛作为联赛的资格赛已经历2008和2009两个赛事周期,两届测试赛的测试指标体系中专项体能测试指标的总体得分偏高,且设置的难易程度存在争议。本文运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等方法对青少年测试赛专项体能指标的实施效果进行了统计分析,科学地论证了专项体能测试指标的内容与评定标准,并提出了相应的对策。
