| 摘 要： | 迁徙自由作为一项基本人权,在中国古代却被法律所禁止。我国1954年宪法规定了迁徙自由,但又被后来制定的宪法取消。当前无论是从经济方面,还是从法律方面分析,我国宪法都应当恢复迁徙自由。

| Abstract: | Freedom of Migration, which was banned in the law of ancient China, is one of the fundamental human rights for citizens. 1954 Constitution of PRC stipulates this right, but abolished in the subsequent Constitutions. Analysed from the aspects of economy and laws, rights of movement freedom should be resumed in Chinese constitution. |
