| Abstract: | In the Han Dynasty, Morals had a profound respect for filial piety. Killing in revenge was prohibited by laws,but revenge for filial piety was approved by laws. The relations between filial and revenge reflect the relations between the rule of virtue and the rule by laws at that time. |
