| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国田径运动职业化外部环境的机遇与挑战，内部的优势与劣势，认为我国田径运动职业化外部有职业化的机遇，内部既有职业化的优势又有职业化的劣势，所以应该改善自身，克服劣势，利用外部机遇创造职业化的条件，采取专业体育→优势项群和单项职业化→职业化过渡的转型战略。实施这一战略应该采取深化体育体制改革，明确思想；建立完善职业运动的职业化法规制度和社会福利保障体系；改革田径竞赛制度；加强高水平田径运动队伍建设，不断提高田径运动水平；调动社会办田径的积极性，发展多种形式，多类型的田径俱乐部；开发田径市场，拓展资金来源渠道；打造精品赛事，加强赛事推广，扩大对外交流等战略对策。
