| 摘 要： | 大型体育场馆是体育产业发展的重要载体，是满足人们日益增长的体育竞技需求和全民健身和群众文化娱乐活动的重要保障。针对大型体育场馆运营普遍面临资金短缺、运营方式单一、利用效率低等问题，其绩效管理问题一直是影响和制约其有效运营甚至其生存问题的瓶颈之一。文章通过实地调研分析，建立了大型体育场馆运营绩效评价指标体系，并给出了一种基于模糊层次分析法的大型体育场馆运营绩效评价方法。

Operating Performance Evaluation System of Large Sprorts Venues Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process |

| Abstract: | Large sports venues are the important carriers of sports industry development which serve as the important guarantee to meet the needs of both competitive sports and fitness and mass cultural and recreational activities. Large sports venues are generally faced with the problems of fund shortage, monotonous operation approaches and low utilization rate. The performance management has long been the bottleneck that affects or even restricts the efficient operations of such venues. The paper, based on field survey and analysis, establishes the perform-ance evaluation system for large sports venues and suggests a performance evaluation method based on FAHP. |
