| 摘 要： | 中国LCD企业如果希望未来在生存和发展方面取得连续核心竞争优势,必须将竞争定位于自身 KSF的开发上.文章研究思路从核心竞争力的理论出发,结合我国LCD企业的现状,研究分析我国LCD企业关键成功要素所在,而当中投资决策能力是当前LCD企业最关键的成功要素.

| Abstract: | For chinese LCD business,if you want to obtain continuous core competitive advantage in the survival and development in the future,it must be positioned in the their own KSF development.Based on the theory of the core competitiveness,and combined with the present situation of our country LCD enterprise,key success factors were researched and analyzed in chinese LCD enterprise,And investment decision-making capacity was currently critical success factors in our LCD enterprise. |
