| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国就业形势日趋严峻,失业问题严重,呈现出诸多特点,如失业人口增加迅速、失业类型多样化、失业人员构成复杂等.解决我国失业问题必须多角度着眼,从扩大就业需求、健全劳动力市场、疏通就业渠道、加大人力资本投资力度、健全和落实社会保障体系、实现农村剩余劳动力多元化转移几方面入手,采取综合措施,平衡劳动力供求关系,总结出解决我国现阶段失业的基本思路和对策.

| Abstract: | In recent years,China’s employment situation is becoming increasingly serious,serious unemployment problem,showing many characteristics,such as the unemployed population increased rapidly diversified types of unemployment,unemployed persons is complex.Solve the unemployment problem must be multi-angle focus,starting from the demand to expand employment,improve the labor market,and clear channels of employment,and increase human capital investment,improve and implement the social security system,diversification of rural surplus labor transfer aspects and adopt comprehensive measures balance labor supply and demand,summed up the basic ideas and measures to address the present stage of unemployment. |
