| 摘 要： | 通过对235名中学教师的调查研究，初步分析了当前中学教师工作满意度及其与职业价值观的关系，得出以下结论：一，多数中学教师的工作满意度趋于基本满意，但尚有部分教师对工作感到不满；二，高、低工作满意度的教师在其职业价值取向上有着显著的差异；三，除工作氛围因素外，工作满意度其余各因素与职业价值观各因素具有正、负相关关系。
