| 摘 要： | 基于科技项目后评价视角去构建财政科技项目绩效评估体系是一种可行的方法。本文就该问题进行了有益的探索,建立了项目总体绩效指标体系和四个不同性质项目绩效评估子体系,并采用模糊数学方法计算科技项目的投入产出比,期望能给实践工作带来启发和帮助。

| Abstract: | Performance evaluation of S&T expenditure input from the state finance based on project later evaluation is an accessible method.The paper designs one indexes system of performance evaluation of total-projects and four indexes systems of performance evaluation of differ-projects and further calculates project rate of in-output adopted muzzy mathematics. |
