团队生命周期视角下TMT特征与团队绩效的关系研究

摘    要:近些年来高管团队的动态演进过程逐渐成为学者们关注的焦点,其中团队生命周期理论和团队互动理论的引入,为高管团队的研究提供了新的视角.研究在高管团队理论、团队生命周期理论的基础上,根据高管团队显性特征与隐性特征的变化关系,构建了高管团队生命周期模型,然后采用扎根理论的定性研究方法和结构方程模型的定量研究方法,研究在高管团队生命周期组建期和形成期高管团队特征、团队内部互动和团队绩效之间的关系.研究表明:在不同的团队生命周期中,团队特征会对团队氛围、信息交换、决策质量、工作效率、团队适应性等方面产生不同的影响,进而影响到高管团队的绩效水平.

Abstract:In recent years, the dynamic evolution of the executive team has become the focus. The team life cycle theory and the team interaction theory of the senior management team provide a new study perspective. On the basis of theoretical research, team life-cycle theory and the relationship between the executive team of dominant and recessive characteristic features the study builds a life cycle model, then according grounded theory, qualitative research methods and structural equation model of quantitative research methods, the study researches the relationship between TMT characteristics, internal interaction and team performance in different stage of team life cycle. The study shows that the team characteristics in different life cycle have different impacts on team atmosphere, information exchanging, decision quality, working efficiency, and team adaptability etc. , thus affect the performance of TMT.
