| 摘 要： | 中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部份,其发展面临着许多困难,尤其是融资的困难,需要社会各界,特别是银行的大力支持。银行应看到中小企业的潜力,完善中小企业信用评价体系,加强服务创新,建立高效的贷款流程,择优支持诚信度较高的企业,努力改善对中小企业的金融服务质量。
