| 摘 要： | 准确了解区域房地产市场消费者需求相关影响因素对政府、开发商、房地产中介和消费者的市场行为具有重要意义。安顺市紫云县房地产市场在经过2008年的经济危机后,面临更多挑战,因此通过调研,正确的解读2008-2010年紫云县房地产市场消费者需求的主要影响因素,为服务区域经济社会发展提供一定参考。

| Abstract: | Accurate understanding of related factors affecting of regional real estate market consumer demand for the government.the real estate developer and consumer is significance.ZiYun county in AnShun in the real estate market face more challenges after the economic crisis in 2008,so through the investigation,the correct interpretation of the main influence factors of real estate market consumer demand in ZiYun county,for the service area,and provides some references for economic and social development. |
