| 摘 要： | 我院以保持共产党员先进性教育活动为契机,大力加强党的建设,院领导班子建设、基层党组织建设、作风建设进一步加强,党员的先锋模范作用更加明显。坚持“育人为本”理念,深入开展“三育人”活动和精神文明创建活动,建立了一支过硬的学生思想政治工作队伍,注重学生思想政治工作手段的科学化和人性化,加强学风建设,充分发挥校园文化活动的第二课堂作用,开辟学生思想政治教育新途径,重视解决学生实际困难,形成了全员育人氛围。

| Abstract: | Great changes have taken place in the educational movement of maintaining the advancement of the Party members, which are represented in the reirfforcement of the construction of the Party, of the institute machine, of the organization and the style and of the pioneer function. The ways to bring into these changes are the followings , firstly , building up an excellent team for students ideological work with the idea of educating students as a primary thing; secondly, going in for some campus activities ; thirdly, making an effort to solve the difficulties of the students so as to form a favorablc cducational atmosphere. |
