| 摘 要： | 教师在专业发展中不断拓展和丰富着教育爱思想。在此过程中,他不仅取得专业进步,同时也收获了源自教师岗位的欣喜与快乐,并且愿意在这个岗位上践行对学生爱的承诺。教师对幸福感的追寻与体验与其教育爱思想的拓展和深化是分不开的。教师领悟其职业使命的真谛,引领学生走向幸福人生,是教育职业赋予的神圣使命。
