| 摘 要： | 数量与质量达到较好统一的良法,是新时期体育事业健康发展的有力保障。构筑地方体育立法评估体系平台,制定地方体育立法评估体系运作模式及相关评估标准,将成本效益分析理念引入法学领域,反思、考察所立之法进行实际效果,不但能够有效促进立法进程的理性化和合理化,而且对于审视我国的体育立法实践具有极其深远的意义。
