陆上基础体能训练方法对提高青年男子短距离自由泳成绩的研究

摘    要:在基础体能训练中通过运用几项科学有效的训练内容进行针对性训练,提高身体体能方面的能力,即心率储备、耗氧储备、身体各部肌力比的能力等。在教练的指导下进行科学针对性训练,即固定的时间内完成固定的运动量,在固定的间隔时间里完成固定的运动强度,这样可以在一段时间里提高运动员的运动能力。通过数据证明陆上基础体能训练在提高青年男子短距离自由泳成绩上的作用。

Abstract:Physical ability training is carrying on by selecting several simple sports events to find out the deficiencies of physical ability,which are the heart rate reserves,the oxygen reserves and the difference of the ratio muscle to weight on the every part of the body.Train scientifically under the guidance of coach,finish the fixed total amount of exercise in the fixed time and achieve the fixed exercise intension in the fixed interval.In this way,we can improve our athletics ability in a period of time.Throug...
