| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和比较法等,对不同历史时期中国竞技体育后备人才培养目标进行理论分析,目的在于探讨如何科学制定新时期中国竞技体育后备人才培养目标并完善目标的执行。研究认为,竞技体育后备人才培养是一项有目的的活动过程,计划经济时期,我国竞技体育后备人才培养目标是以提高竞技能力为主,目标维度较为单一。转型期,后备人才培养主体多样化发展,培养目标呈现出多元化和多层次性特征,但目标体系耦合不够,执行力不强。基于目标关联维度,未来中国竞技体育后备人才培养目标应做到在时间、空间、途径和效益上的统一;同时加强目标的执行,理顺各级培养主体及其管理机构的职责及其相互间的关系,以确保人才培养的正确方向。
