| 摘 要： | "阳光体育运动"是新时期加强青少年体育意识、增强青少年体质的战略举措。从不同社会视角来看,阳光体育运动的开展既具有丰富的社会学意义,也具有重大的经济学意义:阳光体育是建设人力资源强国的必然选择;有利于和谐社会的构建;有助于提升个体的人力资本存量;可以提高政府体育财政的支出效用。然而现实中,阳光体育运动的开展却不尽如人意,在从多维视角审视阳光体育运动的基础上,从应试教育与体育锻炼之间的博弈、学校对体育意外伤害事故的畏惧、政府对阳光体育财政投入不足等角度,揭示制约阳光体育运动开展的瓶颈问题并对问题的原因进行深入分析,进而有针对性地提出现阶段开展阳光体育运动的对策选择,为相关政府部门提供决策参考。
