| 摘 要： | 以专家访谈、问卷调查、实地观察为主要研究方法,对我国青少年射箭运动员训练现状进行调查,得出结论:我国射箭项目仍沿用三级训练培养模式后备人才培养途径较为单一;我国青少年射箭教练员尽管有丰富运动经历,但综合执教能力不强;射箭青少年运动员全年训练以单周期为主要训练安排模式,准备期以技术训练为主导,体能、尤其是心理训练比例严重不足;专项力量安排缺少针对性方法,有氧能力手段单一,协调能力发展滞后;射箭青少年运动员周训练负荷安排与国际箭联颁布的世界各国家队成年运动员负荷平均水平持平。射箭青少年运动员训练负荷大,有效训练质量不高;与射箭强国韩国相比我国射箭青少年运动员全年参加正式比赛场数过少。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the key issues about the basic training of junior archers on the basis of expert interview,questionnaires,field observations and etc.Conclusion:The three-level training mode continues to be adopted in the event of archery in China,and the approach to training on Chinese reserve of talented archers is unitary;even though Chinese coaches accumulates a wealth of experience,they are not skillful at comprehensive training;the training arrangements for junior archers throughout the year mainly ... |
