| 摘 要： | 文化软实力越来越成为一个区域重要的竞争力。河北省是文化资源大省,但不是文化强省。本课题通过实际调查研究,对河北省的历史文化资源进行了调查梳理,对河北独特的的人文精神进行了提炼,并对河北文化软实力的发展战略和提升路径进行了探讨,以期促进区域文化的繁荣和发展。
