| 摘 要： | 立足于我国科技资源共享信息渠道不畅通的背景，在分析市场经济与科技资源的内在联系的基础上，引进“委托-代理”的经济学观点，采用有偿共享的方式，设计出科技资源共享信息中介的服务模型，以解决我国科技共享信息封闭、封锁的问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the status that the sharing channel of S&T resource information is not clear, this paper analyzes the internal relations of the market economy and S&T resources,introduces the economics view of “principal-agent”, and uses the way of share paid, designs a service model of information agent for S&T resource sharing to solve the closed problems information for sharing of S&T. |
