| 摘 要： | 首先介绍国外Intelligence服务实践，重点对国家和企业两大主体的情报服务内容的异同进行比较，揭示什么是相对通用的情报工作内容，并介绍公开源情报工作；其次分析国外Intelligence研究现状，包括研究的三种取向、方法论和面临的挑战；最后概述国外情报教育的多样性以及通用课程的设置情况，以为国内情报工作的开展和情报学科的建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on introducing foreign intelligence service from the application perspective, the authors describe contents of relatively common intelligence work after comparing the similarities and differences between the intelligence service of countries and enterprises. At the same time, based on the analysis of intelligence study and education, the fundamental connotation of the discipline has been further developed. |
