| 摘 要： | 我国体育社团是基于经济体制、政治体制改革以及和谐体育的建设而兴起的。整体基础薄弱、自治不足、组织模式与政府部门同构是我国体育社团存在的主要问题。体育社团主体资格认定、以及运行的法律治理,是我国体育社团改革和发展的关键。
