| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,以中小学校长为研究对象,运用管理科学、领导科学、行为科学、体育科学、统计学等学科的相关理论,对中小学校体育工作中校长领导行为进行了调查与分析。研究结果表明,中小学校体育工作中校长领导行为主要包括：管理目标行为、民主管理行为、关心激励行为、放任专断行为四个因子;它们能够较全面地反映中小学校长在学校体育工作中的领导行为。
