| 摘 要： | 运用献资料法和问卷调查法，对高校女生健美操选修课的情况进行了调查与分析。结果表明：多数女大学生喜欢健美操加形体减肥的教学内容。在教学中应有针对性的确定教学内容和方法，以促进终身体育观念的形成，达到增强体质的目的。
