| 摘 要： | 基于国内外关于城市增长管理的研究文献,首先,从城市增长管理的缘起、基本内涵、实践分析和效果评价等四个方面入手,梳理了西方国家尤其是美国城市增长管理理论的发展脉络,分析了国内学者关于城市增长管理理论的研究现状;其次,重点对新城市主义和精明增长的实践进行了详细分析;最后,对国内外城市增长管理理论进行述评,并指出了精明增长才是我国新的历史条件下城市增长管理的发展趋向。

| Abstract: | Based on the research literature about Urban Growth Management at home and abroad, the paper combs the development vein of the theory on Urban Growth Management. Firstly starting with four aspects including the ori- gin, basic connotation, practical analysis and effect evaluation in Western countries, especially in American, and ana- lyzes the research statue of urban growth management theory in China. Secondly,the paper has a deep analysis on the new urbanism and the practice of smart growth. Finally, the paper carries out a review on urban growth manage- ment at home and abroad and points out that smart growth is the development trend of urban growth management un- der the new historical conditions in China. |
