正念理论在高职护生内科实训教学中的应用研究

摘    要:为提高高职护生内科实训水平,减轻心理压力,培养优质护理人才,该文对正念理念在高职护生内科实训教学中的应用进行了研究。首先运用正念理论,分析当前护生在情绪、职业认同感、幸福指数等方面存在的问题。其次,通过问卷调查法,掌握当前高职护生内科实训教学现状。最后,重点针对教学过程中存在的问题,从情绪管理、正念观念的培养以及正念在实训教学中的开展三方面出发,提出了正念理论的应用策略。

Application of Mindfulness in Internal Medicine Practice Teaching of Higher Vocational Nursing Students

Abstract:In order to improve the internal medicine training level of higher vocational nursing students,reduce psychological pressure and cultivate high-quality nursing talents,this paper studies the application of mindfulness in internal medicine training teaching of higher vocational nursing students.Firstly,using mindfulness theory,this paper analyzes the existing problems of nursing students in emotion,professional identity and happiness index.Secondly,by means of questionnaire survey,we can master the current situation of internal medicine training teaching for nursing students in higher vocational colleges.Finally,focusing on the problems existing in the teaching process,this paper puts forward the application strategies of mindfulness theory from three aspects:emotional management,cultivation of mindfulness concept and development of mindfulness in practical teaching.
