| 摘 要： | 国医大师是我国高层次中医药人才的杰出代表,是中医药学术研究和传承发展的重要力量,其成才规律深受社会关注。为对国医大师的成长规律和特征有一个整体把握,该文以三届共90名国医大师为研究对象,基于成长履历构建指标体系,包括基本特征、教育经历、工作经历和荣誉称号等,采用BP神经网络构建该群体的成才周期模型。通过BP神经网络分析,发现首次临床期、初学中医期、工作前的院校教育、工作后的师承教育对国医大师的成才周期有显著影响,提出早期启蒙是发展基础、早实践是核心环节、先院校后师承是有效途径的建议,为高层次中医药人才的培养提供实践依据和导向。

| Abstract: | Masters of traditional Chinese medicine are outstanding representatives of high-level traditional Chinese medicine talents in our country,and are an important force in the academic research and inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine.The law of their success is deeply concerned by the society.In order to have an overall grasp of the growth laws and characteristics of masters of traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 90 masters of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research objects,and an indicator system was constructed based on their growth history,including basic characteristics,educational experience,work experience and honorary titles,etc.The BP neural network was used to construct the growth cycle model of this group.Through BP neural network analysis,it is found that the first clinical period,the beginner TCM period,the college education before work,and the post-work teacher education have a significant impact on the growth cycle of the masters of traditional Chinese medicine.It is proposed that early enlightenment is the basis for development,and early practice is the core link,and the succession of teachers from a master after college education is an effective way.The writer hopes to provide practical basis and guidance for the training of high-level traditional Chinese medicine talents. |
