| 摘 要： | 近年来,各大高校学生心理问题频发,有些学生出现了抑郁、焦虑、敌对情绪等症状,影响了他们的学习与生活。民办高校心理健康教育的方式单一化、形式化,专业心理教师匮乏,较难满足学生心理健康教育的要求,朋辈心理辅导成为民办高校大学生心理健康教育工作的一种重要补充。该文对民办高校朋辈心理辅导的构建与应用进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In recent years,college students have experienced frequent psychological problems.Many students have symptoms such as depression,anxiety,and hostile emotions,which have affected the study and life of them.The methods of mental health education in private colleges are singular and formal,and there is a shortage of professional psychological teachers.It is difficult to meet the requirements of mental health education for students in private colleges.Peer psychological counseling has become an important supplement to the mental health education of private college students.This paper discusses the construction and application of the peer psychological counseling model in private colleges. |
