| 摘 要： | 矛盾分析法是马克思主义哲学的重要组成部分,对分析社会中存在的矛盾具有普遍适用性,其中包括大学生就业矛盾。大学生就业难虽然不是一个新鲜的话题,但随着市场经济时代的到来,大学生的就业矛盾越来越突出,我国针对这一矛盾实施了一系列的就业政策,但大学生就业难问题仍普遍存在。该文运用矛盾分析法来分析大学生的就业矛盾,提出要解决这些矛盾,必须先正视大学生就业矛盾,用辩证的方法看待此矛盾,具体问题具体分析。

| Abstract: | Contradiction analysis is an important part of Marxist philosophy,and has universal applicability for analyzing contradictions in society,including contradictions in employment of college students.Although the employment difficulty of college students is not a new topic,with the advent of the market economy era,the employment contradiction of college students has become more and more prominent.Our country has implemented a series of employment policies,but the problem of difficult employment for college students still exists.This paper uses the method of contradiction analysis to analyze the employment contradictions of college students,and proposes that to solve these contradictions,we must first face the contradictions in the employment of college students,treat them in a dialectical way,and analyze the specific problems in detail. |
