摘    要:以基础教育课程创新为时代背景,反思指令型课程范式及其弊端,进而论证《基础教育课程改革纲要》在课程目标、内容、结构、资源和评价诸方面的一系列理念创新,要求全方位转变教师的职业角色,即由课程规范的复制者成为新课程的创新者、由课程知识的施予者成为新人格的塑造者、由课程分数的评判者成为学生自主性学习的促进者。

Abstract:Based on the era background of the basic education curriculum innovation,the paper makes reflective self-examination on the rigid curriculum paradigm and its demerits.The author explores how the Basic Education Curriculum Innovation Essentials bring forth a series of new conceptual ideas on the curriculum objectives,details,structure,resource and evaluation.This demands that the teacher's vocational role should undergo a complete transformation.That is,to transform the duplicator of curriculum standard to the creator of new curriculum;from the passers-on of knowledge to the mould-maker of new personality;from the evaluator of student's performance to the promoter of autonomous learning.
