| 摘 要： | 当前高职院校辅导员专业化素质有待提高。要从根本上提升辅导员的育人功能,就必须正视大学生思想政治教育的目的及学生的实际状况,院校应该从职责、管理、培训等方面加强辅导员队伍建设,辅导员自身也应该努力提高思想政治工作的专业水平,切实解决大学生的实际问题。

| Abstract: | The professional quality of counsellors in higher vocational colleges needs to be improved.To better educate the students,higher vocational colleges need to better understand the students and have a clear understanding of the purpose of ideological education,and strengthen the team construction of auxiliary staff members through responsibilities,management,and training.Counsellors themselves also need to improve their ability in political and ideological work,and help solve the problems of the students. |
