| 摘 要： | 越来赵多的中国企业采用了事业部制。作者认为，除适应企业生命周期进程和多元化战略的客观需要外，增强灵活应变能力，引入独立核算机制和实现对人才的有效激励与培养是中国企业采用事业部制的主要原因。事业部制对中国企业建立适应知识经济和市场经济要求的新管理模式有重要意义，当然在建设过程中要注意组织划分的科学性，资源分配的合理性和与战略的协调性问题。
