| 摘 要： | 将实验设计与数据处理、数字信号处理、塑料成型工艺与模具设计等实验课程有机结合,采用正交试验法设计注塑模参数优化实验方案,由Matlab进行极差、方差分析确定影响成型质量的工艺因素显著性,通过回归分析建立工艺优化模型,通过遗传算法对模型寻优,获得最佳工艺参数。拓宽了实验的广度与深度,提高了综合实验质量,激发了学生的学习兴趣和创新意识,提升了科研能力。

| Abstract: | This comprehensive experiment is formed by the combination of multiple courses,such as "Experimental Design and Data Processing," "Digital Signal Processing," "Mold CAD/CAM," "Plastic Molding Process and Mold Design." The whole procedure of obtaining the optimal process parameters is as follows: first,designing the optimization experiment of injection plastic molding parameters with orthogonal test;second,analyzing the range and variance of test data by Matlab to determine the factors that affect the forming quality of the process significantly;third,establishing the model of process optimization by regression analysis;finally,finding the optimal process parameters by genetic algorithm.The breadth and depth of the experiment are broadened in this interdisciplinary experiment.The overall quality of the experiment is improved.The students’ interest in learning and innovation is stimulated,and their research capacity is enhanced too. |
