| 摘 要： | 作为实践性很强的葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业,目前的专业实验课程体系还存在着很多问题,特别是现行的实验内容、教学模式和考核方式限制了对学生创新能力、综合能力的进一步培养和提高。介绍了葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业的创建、建设和发展概况,深入分析了葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业主要实验课程体系的现状及现存的主要问题,围绕着新世纪对人才的需求,提出专业实验课程体系开展创新性、综合性实验改革的必要性和总体思路,并进行了相应的改革与实践。

| Abstract: | There are some serious problems existing in the experiment curriculum of Viticulture and Enology,in particular the current experiment teaching contents,teaching mode and evaluation mode,which constrict the profound cultivation and enhancement of the students’ innovative and comprehensive abilities.This paper first outlines the establishment,construction and development of the Viticulture and Enology in Northwest A & F University,deeply analyzes the present situation and main problems existing in the experiment curriculum of the major,and then on the basis of the talent demand in new century,proposes the necessity and the general idea to develop the innovative and comprehensive reform on the experiment curriculum.Meanwhile,some reform practice is also evaluated. |
